Join us for a half-day, Winder Mindfulness Retreat and enjoy a day of healing, relaxation, connection and rest.
This 3 hour retreat is composed of 2 separate workshops with a 30 minute break in between to enjoy wholesome, locally sourced refreshments.
Sunday, December 17th Retreat Schedule:
9:50am- Check in and Setup
10:00am- Yin Yoga Class with Tara Postigo, RYT-500. Yin Yoga and Sound Bowl Meditation.
11:00am- Winter- themed Refreshments Served
11:30am- Reiki Circle with Diana Scinto, Reiki Master. Guided Meditation, journaling and Reiki Circle (can be done hands on or off depending on preference).
1:00pm- Conclusion
All supplies, refreshments and swag bag included in ticket price.Feel free to bring your own yoga mat or blanket, if you prefer.
